Vanitas Jersey

"Vanitas" takes its inspiration from the tradition of the Vanitas still life. The Vanitas depicts the transience of life, the futility of pleasure, and the certainty of death. Sounds like a bit of a bummer, granted, but also a treasure trove of beautiful art and literature to be found there over the last few millennia.

Composed of closeups of flowers inspired by Dutch old master paintings, the flowers have a stark, rich beauty emerging from a black background, which pairs well with a variety of colors and looks.
